Located on the second floor in University Hall, Omiya Campus. It can be used not only for international communication, but also for self-study or as a rest area, so anyone is welcome to use it.

GLC is open from 9:00~18:45 (except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Staff members are available from 9:00 to 17:00, and student staff are available from 10:45 to 18:45. Please feel free to use GLC.
